If you're unsure, always feel free to reach out to me and ask! I don't bite, and strive to be as friendly and welcoming as possible!
Please be sure to read the section that applies to your commission type. My ToS may differ between art and design commissions.

If you would like to discuss commercial use of my artwork, please reach out to me in whatever way is best for you!
Art Commissions;;
1.) Payment is made after sketch is approved; And all money is handled through Paypal Invoices!
When an order is made I will send you a sketch at my earliest convenience, after which I will request your paypal information to send the invoice proper. If payment is not made within 48hours of the invoice being sent, without communication of why else, your slot will be forfeited. I will not hound you to pay your invoice, but definitely have no problems assisting in the case of Paypal being weird or causing us problems.
2.) Refunds are not allowed, however several edits (after completion) are allowed.
As the client you are able to request WIPS at any given point, and I encourage edit requests after the initial sketch is shown.
I also typically don't show WIPS unless I have my own questions for the client, so assuming this is the case, the client is allowed three minor edits with one major edit after artwork completion.
Due to the nature of me preferring major edit requests after the sketch is shown, anything beyond the three minor edits and one major edit will cost an extra fee.
Additionally, I do not do refunds. Please make sure you are comfortable financially before commissioning me.

3.) Complex characters may be subject to additional fees.
While I'm comfortable with drawing complex designs (IE, fur patterns, machinery in way or another, armor, large amounts of wings or limbs, etc etc) extra time and care is put into them. In these cases, complex fees may be added on to the total. I, of course, will discuss these fees with the client before the invoice is officially sent. This is to ensure quality, but also so that no surprises are sprung onto either parties.
The client may also ask about changing details around to avoid these complex fees if they're fine with such changes, like removing a pair of wings, arms, or simplifying a design!

4.) I have the right to turn down a Commission.
Simple and to the point, I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason at all. Please do not take it personally, as it's most likely that I just don't feel like I could adequately fill your request!
5.) I retain the rights to my artwork, although the client will be granted personal use.
When posting the artwork I have completed to my online galleries I will always watermark and properly credit you, unless requested otherwise. (Anonymous and gift commissions are allowed, just let me know before hand so I don't accidentally post it incorrectly.)
Additionally ordering from me grants you Personal Use to the artwork; Posting to character galleries (credit is a must), editing for graphics and icons, printing of one time non-commercial prints or charms/pins/buttons. Feel free to ask about other situations, though as long as you are not making profit from it it's most likely ok.

6.) No physical goods are changing hands.
By commissioning me you understand that at no point will I be shipping any physical goods to you, all my artwork is digital and you will never receive a physical version from me at any point.
The only time Physical Goods may change hands is in the off occasion that I trade my artwork for something physical from the client. (Such as cards, toys, other merch, etc.)

7.) If something isn't listed, feel free to inquire about it.
If you've seen something in my galleries that I don't have specifically listed in my commission options (or have a particular idea for something.) feel free to ask about it! For pixels I generally go by size range with pricing, so we can discuss something and work it out if that's the case.
8.) Lastly, no written descriptions of characters.
For art commissions, you must provide at least one clear reference of your character. Even if it's using, say, a picrew with a small blurb of what you'd like slightly different from the picrew image. Sketches with labeled colors, or bases, are also acceptable. Basically anything that's not just solely text, it has to have some sort of visual for me to reference as well.
If you're only able to provide a text reference, than at that point it will be considered a design commission, and extra fees will be added on to accommodate this request.

Design/Reference Sheet Commissions;;
1.) Payment is made Upfront; and all money is handled through Paypal invoices!
Much like art commissions, payment is handled through paypal invoices. I will request your paypal information up front in order to send the invoice to you, and if payment is not made within 48 hours without proper communication I will considered your slot forfeit. I will not hound you to pay the invoice, but have no problems assisting in the case of Paypal being weird or causing problems.
2.) Please don't be afraid to ask for edits.
With design/reference sheet commissions I expect there to be a lot of back and forth (especially if you do not have any visual references prior to this)! Ask for any amount of edits you'd like, and don't be afraid to speak up about something.
Alternatively, if you'd rather sit back and let me handle everything, that is also totally fine. I can work with a very involved client, or one that just wants to let me have at it!
However please make sure that you're doing what you want, don't let me go wild with it on my own and then decide at the end that you actually want something else entirely.

3.) No refunds
Moreso than art commissions, due to the nature of design/reference sheet commissions, I do not do refunds. Once again, make sure you're financially comfortable before seeking a commission from me!
4.) do not split a design and then treat it as a separate entity.
If you purchase a design/pre-made adoptable, you are allowed to modify or add on additional 'forms.' For example, if you purchased a fox design from me and wanted to give the character a dragon form where copy the design exactly onto a dragon base, that is allowed. However, the fox and dragon design must be kept together when trading/re-selling/gifting (or you may delete the added/modified dragon form, and simply trade/re-sell/gift the fox design).
5.) Always keep the original file and do not post edited versions of my artwork publicly.
When trading/re-selling/gifting a design, please ensure that the original file is given to the new owner, even if the new owner's primary desire is an edited version of the design.
Additionally do NOT post an edited version of my original artwork file publicly, you may only edit it and show it in private for the purposes of obtaining artwork of the updated design.

6.) You may trade/re-sell/Gift my designs. i won't acknowledge co-owning.
When/If re-selling a design of mine you may only sell it for it's original price, and additional resale price may be added on for other commissioned artwork. However, any personal work you make of that character while owning it, or gifted to you, may not add monetary value to the design.
If a design was gifted/traded to you, you may gift or trade it away, but may not sell it.
In the case of gifting, the gifter must also acknowledge that they no longer have rights over the design.
Additionally, I will not acknowledge co-owning. Designs may be shared, but one person must be acknowledged as the owner of the design.

7.) Commercial/Vtuber use of my designs must be discussed.
If commissioning/purchasing a design from me that you intend to use for commercial use (publishing comics/stories/vtuber/etc) you must make it clear this is your intent. A different price and agreement must be made for commercial use, as is with all types of my artwork.
Also, like my general artwork, you are allowed to create non-commercial limited quantities of prints/charms/other physical goods with a design I've made for you. Be it my artwork, or following the ToS of another artist's work. So long as you're not breaking their ToS, or making profit from it without prior discussion.
